Unhappy Meat Loaf Cross Stitch Trilogy Comes To End

I'm hoping that I am posting this in the correct place. If not please move it to where it belongs.

Tonight I will be going to the Atlantic City show. It's only 8:30am and I'm so nervous and emotional. Tonight my cross stitching trilogy will be complete. It's very sad for me. After 5 years it's coming to an end. I want to Thank Pearl for giving me permission to create this last one. After tonight I will post what I stitched. People who know me know that I love making these picture for my legend. Yes Sir, you are a legend to me. Thanks to Ali (firefly) for showing me that I can create my own patterns to stitch. I love bunches. After this last picture, there is no way to top this. So I decided that this was going to be the last one, unfortunately. I have been doing all kinds of stitching, needlepoint, latch hook rugs for 34 years. My friends call me an artist but that's not who I am. I love doing them for someone I admire, respect and call my friend. Just the mere thought of going tonight is scaring the crap out of me. I don't know how Meat Loaf is going to react to this one. I'm really praying that he's going to love it just as much as I do. It's not hard to do these just time consuming and all my love goes into each picture. The 3rd and finally one will be delivered tonight. I hope I'm not rambling too much. I know that it's going to be an amazing show and I can't wait to take it all in. I will be more then happy to share my Meat Loaf experience with you all whenever I decide to come home.

Thank you to the mlukfc site for letting me post my feelings and ramblings. Thank you all for your love and support over the years.

These are the 2 that have been given already. 3rd will be posted.

Those are beautiful! As a cross-stitcher myself, I can fully appreciate how much work went into them. I'm sure Meat will love the next one- how could he not?

Have a terrific time at the show, and do report back!

You are the man!!! This stinks of awesome-ness. You get out there and show people how it's done. Some people like me wouldn't even try something like that. It's artistic brillance at it's very best. Come on people give this person a standing ovation!!!!

Well as said, it has now been delivered. Does our Man like it, love it, or hate it, don't know. The M&G wasn't what I had expected. Don't know what when wrong, was very very quick. Hi, picture, bye. Anyway here is the grand finally. As I said before, Pearl has this picture in her facebook albums and I did ask her permission first. Just got home, it's 1:30 in the morning and I really need to go to bed. I have no voice and can't hear a dam thing. From my heart and soul to your heart and soul Sir Thank You.

That is amazing work Chris. You should be very proud of it. And i am sure he does appreciate it. I recall seeing that pic on Pearl's FB page.
Sorry the M&G wasn't what you thought it would be. Same thing happened to me in England. Glad you did enjoy the concert.

Thank you all for your kind words. I don't know what happened last night with the M&G, very rushed imo. I don't believe that it was Meat Loaf's fault. Seemed to me that they were very unorganized. I hope that the Arts Center M&G is better.

I have to say that anyone thinking about going to any of the shows, GO YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. I have loved all the shows over the years and this one really takes the cake. It's one of the best that I have ever seen. The 2 new people, Danny and Justin were fantastic. Patti of course was the best. Paradise was hysterical. I don't have one complaint about the show. Don't want to give too much away for those still going but from start to finish you will not be disappointed.
