awww thanks everyone for the compliemnts, Ive been playing 7 years this month, i love it.
I honestly believe more children should be necourage into music, at a young age, through school and parents. Get them off rhe xobox band hero thing, get them into a room learning |

I agree with that you learn things faster when you're younger, and you become a better player too. But I suppose you're never to young to start learning anything. If I started playing the drums now I'd be at the same level as you in 7 years time, and I'd only be 29.

My influences are Cream's Ginger Baker/Mitch Mitchell/Steve Gadd and a ton of old blues/jazzy drummer. I learnt from playing along to records - indie music (stereophonics, oasis, travis) and progressed from there. Do it, your never too old to learn. I give drum lessons to a 48 yr old |

IMO the drums are the easiest of instruments to play. All you need is a good a beat, and perfect timing. I tried playing the piano and boy is that tough. Musical notation is not my specialty. |

Ditto. Only a person who has never sat behind a drum set can say something like that.
