i really love the shows Cheers and Frasier. They were two of the best written shows ever produced.
I hope most of you are familiar with the two sitcoms. Which did you prefer? I said Cheers cause of one person: Norm Peterson |

I voted for Frasier because of the Niles character.

Two classics. It's like choosing between Bat and Bat II, almost impossible.

Frasier for me - some very clever writing. Niles got many of the best lines, like this one:
"My brother is too kind - he was already eminent while my eminence was merely imminent." |

Cheers is about a bar in Boston and Fraiser is a spin off about a radio metrosexual physiatrist and his metrosexual brother who live in seatlle with their retired policeman father and british seamstress

I think the word you want is "psychiatrist" and I don't think I ever thought of either man as metrosexual.

She entered employment as his physical therapist, and continued in that role even after she moved in with Niles .. but yes, she also acted as general housekeeper etc

I'm going to go revisit some Frasier eps. These posts are leaving me laughing. And yes, Daphne was a live in physical therapist. Roz had some really funny lines too and Eddie the dog. OMG! off to watch some on you tube.

You're thinking Daphne, Roz was American.

![]() ![]() ![]() Remember Brookside? ![]() And Corrie, Eastenders, Emmerdale Farm, the list goes on.......... The confusing thing in Frasier was that Daphne's brothers all had different regional dialects ![]() That can be overlooked though because the show was so good. ![]() |
