meat loaf failed to usehis, er loaf when he refused to get off the stage instead of handling over to kym marsh he performed booh for an extra 8 mins until organisers turned off his mic . he said i wasn't coming off after 12 mins .if they'd wanted to greb me off, it would have taken 47,000of them . meat later swore 3 times on livi t.v during an interview with former ri:ise host liz brown he said fr..... 3 times in a min after one fri....g he added you can bleep me there , liz apologised to five viewere despite his behaviour meat loaf was still invited to sit next to prince charles in the royal box for the rest of the event .

right i will have my say now who the hell is kym marsh some one out of a pop idol band when she was in it she caused so much trouble to make her name even bigger she married some little boy out of east enders , she is not fit to be on the , same stage ,as a rock lengend as in meat loaf , denise van outen who likes to be heard by everyone look out her ex bloke jay k . a nother little flash ~~~~~~~. duncan from blue is nothing more than a poser , i will never buy the, sun paper again for printing the prat out os hell . & i did not no that friging was swearing . & for c5 the way they cut meat off , you mwill never be switched on in my house again
the orginsers of the event you should be damm well honourd that meat agreed to turn up .i know i sound a bit harsh , but that is the way i feel , sod pith . lets all look forward to the tour ROCK ON MEAT LOAF, ALL THE BEST GREG

thankyou for understanding . its just that these so called pop bands think they think they are a cut above meat you can tell buy the way they act , you could see so many of them did not sing live & they say they were nervous , and then we get our man go on & do hes damm hardest & sing live . what the hell is this music world coming to.a we all know who prince charles came to see as meat woild saty enough said pitp meat came to rock the park . sorry for speaking so much emtion , but the whole event and everythink with it was a dissgrace they pissed meat about , & have pissed all his fans off we was all waiting for the bat out of hell in front of 100. 000 people to watch on our telly .the orginsers c5 the sun & so called pop idols all piss in the same pot

at least meat got a mention, although they called it prat out of hell they never actually said anything bad about him. Remember these people doing showbiz are thick, " prat out of hell" is an obvoius headline EVEN IF IT DOESNT FIT THE STORY. We all know by now how thick these people are.

ill see what you say chris but to put pratt out of hell as a headline about a rock legend is way out of order , & ill can not forgive the sun for that , the sun was trying to be little meat loaf with the other comments to about meat swearing 3 times ,then they go on about another old stager and for this lizbonnin had to apologised to c5 viewers meat loaf & his fans should get an apologised for the way meat was treated & why we did not see the live booh on tv , sorry chris but read the paper again mate the sun was out of order

i am hopin that BOOH will be played next weekend when they show the highlights of the show, so there will be no compitions or n e thing (i hope)

so im looking forward to then, i've been looking at pics and they have made me much more happy, i think if we put this behind us and just think about things to come we will be fine!

These little boy and girl bands only last a few years, really good performers last decades!

could'nt have said it better my self asha , that is what i think to you get these people im going to make you a star , & than you dont see them after 5 mins they get everthink new houses even before they have had , ahit meat has been around for over 30 years , you ask yourself will all these bands at pitp still be around in 30 years , thats meat loaf is a rock legend , RESPECT IS WHAT MEAT SHOULD HAVE GOT AND HE NEVER GOT IT

I couldn't agree more with what's been said.
Meat deserves a lot more respect.At least Meat sings live and doesn't drop out of a tour after three shows due to exhaustion

Unfortunatly a lot of papers think it's hip and fun to have a go at rock legends

At the end of the day Meat doesn't need the press.As long as he's got his legions of loyal fans that's all he'll ever neeed.

around for so long i didnt see the article you are referring to as we
cant get THAT newspaper over here (thankgod) but lets face it
meatloafs name will still be spoken and his music listened to and
sites like this still be used to speak about him when the likes of
those desperate whanabes are only remembering how they went on the
same stage as him and noone but themselves will remember who they
are.
as for the sun they have probably just put it in about meat because
thats the only way they could sell the paper,
all i suggest you do with that is have you got a puppy or kitten ?

The sun I have seen today must have been a different edition because the only mention they had on page 20 of Meat was a small peice saying :

Tara Palmer Tomkinson agreed to pose for a picture with Meat but had to put up with the slobbery American Rocker trying to stick his tongue in her ear.

I won't tell you my exact thoughts on the sun newspaper, Cos I promised myself Iwouldn't get upset again.

So all Iwill say is the lady ( I use this term very loosly) is very lucky and does not know when shes well of . I would have loved to be in her shoes.

Enough said - getting upset again - not good!

Really there's as much point getting upset with the Sun writing rubbish skewed to fit a headline they want to run, as there would be getting concerned about the veracity of stories in the Sunday Sport such as "Man marries a lettuce" and "Fish with a human head caught in Amazon river"

I was just pleased to have these extracts sent by my brother which were in another paper, not a tabloid ..

"Meat Loaf .. a notable exception to the majority of artists who, together with their backing groups, simply mimed to tapes, and looked as if he meant what he was singing", and elsewhere "jovial and in good spirits .. sat with the Prince for some time .. tirelessly shaking hands, signing autographs and behaving all the time in a gracious manner which once was the hallmark of the great names in the music business ..".

That describes the performance I saw and the man I know :)
