Default Trapped.

From the back of the DVD case.....
Quote:
At the grand re-opening of Sloan's Hollywood Casino and Hotel in Las Vegas a fire ignites on one of the unoccupied floors. It spreads out of control and none of the alarms are working - the fire is clearly not an accident.

13 guests are about to have a very different evening that the one they had planned. One by one they realise they are trapped on the upper floors by the raging fire beneth them, and with the stairwells already blocked by smoke, the only way out is up.The group reaches the roof and while they are trying to figure out their next move, they begin to suspect that someone among them may be the arsonist. In one last attempt to save their lives, Oliver, father of 15 year old Tiffany, must deside weather to sacrifice himself to save the others.
I saw this movie for the first time tonight.
I was pleasantly suprised to find that appart from the obvious bonus of featuring Meat, it was a very good thriller.
I am happy to tell you that unlike most movies, Meat does have a good size part to play .
Unlike many films that claim to do so, this film really has you on the end of you're seat.In many films you can tell who's going to live and who's going to die in the first five minutes. This movie does have a few suprises up it's sleeve.
I did find the ending a bit weak but overall this is a movie to see.

Does Meat die yet again? You'll have watch it and see

Hi shadows.
The copyright on the DVD case says 2002.
I believe there is a copy for sale on e bay at the moment.
Even though there is a picture of Meat's face on the cover and his name at the top,I wasn't holding out for much of an appearance .Most movies I have seen him in he's only been on screen for a minute or two.I was very pleasantly suprised .

You can get region 2 DVDs of Trapped at amazon for £7.99. Don't think they have any videos of it.

There is a movie by this name on HBO tomorrow, but there is no mention of Meat in the summary in the TV guide. This one is from 2002 and stars Charlize Theron and Courtney Love. Am I right that it is a completely different movie? I couldn't stand to watch Courtney Love unless there was some chance of seeing Meat!

Cool, I finally got to see "Trapped" tonight, after taping it off of USA Network about a week ago. What a good thriller- lots of action, Meat plays a nice and terribly heroic guy. Highly recommended!

I havn't seen it, but I would love too!!!!!!!! Not just cos of Meat, but you know the guy who plays Anthony? Callum Keith Rennie??! He was born in the same place I was!!!!!!!!!! Believe it or not! His family moved to Canada when he was 4, so that's how he doesn't have the North East England accent:) I was so thrilled when I saw where he originally came from:) I can add a second person who is famous to the "born in Sunderland list", besides Dave Stewart once of the Eurhythmics))))))) I saw a clip on the net of when Meat and CKR are arguing over who started the fire:) Want to see more!!!! May have to get for Christmas))

I just watched Trapped yesterday, with hot tea and a quilt (I've got flu and I was freezing and all the flames in the movie were warming :)
But seriously I really liked the movie, and Meat was great in it! At the beginning of Chapter 2 where he's talking to Marissa, and looking at her with obvious interest and yet with kindness and respect - I think he really nailed that. Just perfect.
