Stoney and Meatloaf LP for sale

Meatloaf featuring Stoney and Meatloaf 1978 PDL2010.
Cover is stamped on back 'PROPERTY OF EMIR DEMONSTRATION ONLY NOT FOR SALE'.
I got this in 1978 it was only played 2 or 3 times before I copied it to cassette.
Cover, LP and inner sleeve all in excellent condition.

All offers considered.

Post will be additional £3.50 UK or ask international.

Location Merseyside.

As much as possible obviously but I've no real idea of it's value.
If there is a private message facility on here perhaps the administrators or someone who has bought a copy and thinks they paid a fair price would like to suggest a figure.
Otherwise I'll think of a number and see if anyone laughs.

If it helps I think I paid about £6.00 for mine, unfortunately for tacxas it's not a rare record despite it's age. As for the demo sticker I'm afraid it makes no difference to the value.

I have 3 copies of this LP each with different pressing and covers etc.. One is also signed by Meat Loaf I think the most I paid for mine was £8.

Thanks for your above responses.

It is in excellent condition but could not be called mint as it has been played and I think the demo stamp must add something of interest so I will rely on someone's feelings of generosity to this old age pensioner reduced to selling off her treasured possessions in this bleak economic climate and ask for

£10 plus postage.
