depression is such a terrible disease . He was it seems afflicted with brilliant madness. I never thought we would be saying goodbye so soon .
My favorite movie of his is Fisher King.

Im not 100% sure it was suicide. Just cause he was depressed and asphyxiated doesn't mean it was suicide.

For all we know Carbon Monoxide could've been in his house.

RIP to a talented guy.

More often than not when things come out like this it is just as reported.

So very very sad.

This is really sad news. I grew up in the 80's and Robin was a big part of the background of my childhood. I was aware of his condition as I suffer from severe clinical depression too, and I've dodged the bullet three times now. So many great people leaving us this year, but Robin Williams will be missed greatly.

So very very sad to hear this morning. His poor family...they will be the ones who will now live with the devastation. Just so sad a loss of a talented man, father, husband and so much more to so many people but especially his family

Was very saddened to hear the news yesterday. I guess it really hasn't even sank in. Birdcage is one of my favorite movies. I can't tell you how many times I have seen it!! I loved his work. He will be missed for generations to come!!

His assistant. He'd been gone for a while when they found him too
