Default for FIREBALL OR FRIENDS OF HIS

Fireball, we are worried about you since monday we hardly have heard
anything about you, we understand you may be to ill to read or reply
but should any of your friends be reading this all we ask is a couple of words on how you are.
speculation is rife and frustration is mounting because we have searched
the web and newspapers and tv and radio stations to hear how you are
and hardly anything is said, so please all we ask is if any of the band
or his friends browse through here to tell him we are thinking about
him, we love him and we will be here when he is ready, and we will
keep on rockin with him forever.
but please one or two words would go along way to stop us from climbing the walls in worry.
thankyou, fireball for all you have done for us all the joy you have given
us, your our guy and allways will be,but rest, till you are ready.

I also understand that 10th Street is supposed to talk with Vee today at the OIFC, so hopefully, there will be GOOD news posted there!!

Let's all hope and pray and keep sending beautiful thoughts his way!!

Oooh, I rhymed and didn't expect it!! Don't you just love those happy accidents!!

Thanks for saying this, Kezzina!!!

im sure when he feels ready to let you all know hell do it.im sure at this moment in time the first thing on his mind isnt this site.anyway i hope he manages to get back to normal asap, ive only seen him once and know what people are missing, but give the guy time to get his self back to some kind of good health.dont kiss his backside either as that really annoys me.hes only human not a god.hes a great performer as far as singing goes, hes a very funny person from what ive seen and heard of him.meat hope youre not off the stage for too long mate.

Kissing what? i really think this was uncalled for and do not appreciate your comments on what was a totally honest and open thread.

Sorry I think that was totally out of order - asking for some updated information out of care and concern is not kissing his backside!

And I'm pretty sick of people accusing fans of thinking Meats a god just beacuse we express our thoughts and feelings on him. You know if we thought he was a god or super human we wouldn't have to worry about him would we?

Oh for F*CKS sake!!!!

Are we not even allowed to be concerned for Meat without being accused of kissing his arse now???

As far as i was aware of this thread was simply asking if someone in the know could let us know how Meat is doing. In no way, shape or form can this be described as ass-kissing.

Right, i hafta say that i am getting really annoyed!!

Why is it that everytime anyone shows any sort of concern they get attacked as grovelling or similar?

in case people have not noticed, this is the Meat Loaf fan cloub, I.E. The people who visit here come to read about Meat! Simply really. This explains why people are concerned!! It is not that they are ass-kissing or being a sycophant or whatever you wish to say: They are concerned about him, as we all are.

So can we please manage to get a single thread on this site where people can act concerned without feaqring being accused of sucking up to Fireball!!

(Sorry For being Off-topic kezzina!)

Pish!
This is so ~~~~ing stupid.
Just let it lie, dammnit. If people want to express some form of appreciation for the man, in any way whatsoever, let them. If people want to care about his well-being, let them. If people want to kiss his arse till it's black and blue, LET THEM! Damn man. . .grow up. . .this is a Fan Club. . .not some porr-ass Meat Loaf Mild Appreciation Society. . .fan is an abbreviation of fanatic, look it up. People who call themselves fans should understant this level of devotion. Jeez. . .

I'd really like to hear if anyone has any updates on Meat. I am really worried about him. One of my friends said it was on the news, but I missed it. It must have been really small (I live in the US, NC) and I don't get any updates!!
