I want to make a personal web page, and I know basic HTML- does anybody know if MSN etc. offeres free personal webspaces anymore??

Not sure about MSN but geocities does, although it has a lot of limitations now days. angelfire and fortunecity also do all three of these have pop ups I think. Most serviced providers also provide you with so much free space, AOL, NTL etc.. Also freeserve (you can use theres if you subscribe to any email account and get 15mb I think) Hope this helps

Why bother with free when you can have a decent, paid for, service for $10 from

Complete with BB software and databases.

You will need to register a domain name but that does not cost much from http://www.ukreg.com . Or if you dont want to spend any money take a look at http://www.dot.tk, provided you get 30 hits in the first 90 days it yours and I am sure you can get 30 people from here to hit your site.
