International help required please

Hi all,

Can anyone please help me!!

As many of you know, I drive a Smart car and belong to one of the owners clubs.

We are currently protesting about the amount of money that the British Government seems determined to extract from car drivers without recieving a matching improvement in road conditions.

We ahve heard from some of our European counterparts that Smarts on the continent are eligible for reductions/concessions on vehicle tax and congestion charging/motorway tolls etc.

If any of you live abroad and know of any concessions that Smart cars (or indeed any Mirco-compact/City cars) recieve, please could you let me know?
