Default Concert "Moral Dilema"

Having purchased tickets to the Cardiff gig, and being well chuffed that my favourite garage has promised to have my Motorbike in fully working order to go see it, I am obviously well chuffed.

However, next week I'm on holiday which is coincidental with Meat's gig @ Hyde Park and Virgin radio have been plugging their coverage of it for at least 2 weeks now. The question is, To Listen, or Not To Listen? Will his HP set be different enough from his Cardiff set so that it won't spoil it, or will I roll up at Cardiff to a familiar scene?

Anyhow, whatever, I'm as excited as hell to actually be seeing him live at such a beautiful venue. Hope to see you there.

You can always tape the gig on the radio, save, go to the gig where you are going and than listen to the tape.
The gig hasn't been spoiled then.

Hope this will help

I'm not a Virgin Radio listener but I'd love to know the details of their coverage of the concert. Are they playing it live ... what time? I've had a look on their website but can't find any reference to it. Any info would be great!

I'm not really a VR listener - I just get it rammed down my throat at work. They have banned any form of Meat Loaf from being played (cynics ).

AFAIK, the Virgin coverage is live, which I guess means it'll start sometime just before 8:00pm

I can't find any details on the web as yet, but I might have a listen to the radio today and see what I can glean from it (loathed as I am to listen to it )

The ends justify the means in this case - 2 gigs are better than one.....go for it and listen to Virgin!

WOOHOO!

3+ hours of listening to Virgin, and there it is - just as I nip downstairs to cut out my semi-gloss print of the R+R Dreams cover!

Trouble is, I'm no longer sure they are gonna broadcast it - sounded soleley as tho they were pushing tickets

Bah!

Have to agree here - there is no listing for the gig on the VR schedule.

They are pushing tix but they are offering one pair for Leeds or London in a comp.
