The end of the world...wadda ya gonna do?
Okay, it's the end of the world, you can only save 5-10 albums before your
rocket leaves for.......I dunno...Mars. Question...which albums do you save because they are your favorite...essential...can't live without albums? Rules: Non-Meat Loaf albums ONLY, no greatest hits, no iPods, no self-complied burned CDs, no MP3 players, no box sets. BTW, All of Meat's catalogue will undoubtedly be included in everyone's so that's why I went for a non meat Loaf list. You can still take your Meat Loaf albums when the earth is exploding and your family is begging you to get on the rocket. I just want to know what everyone's non-Meat Loaf must haves are. My list... 1. Bat Out Of Hell -Meat Loaf 2. Hotter Than Hell -KISS (nice little 'Hell' theme going here) 3. Hot August Night -Neil Diamond (no one had better give me grief over this one) 4. Couldn't Have Said It Better -Meat Loaf 5. Alive -KISS 6. Liquored Up & Lacquered Down -Southern Culture on the Skids 7. Ingenue -kd lang 8. Live at the Sands -The Rat Pack (Dean, Frank & Sammy) 9. Live from Hawaii -Elvis Presley 10. Never Mind The Bollocks Here's The Sex Pistols -The Sex Pistols Whew....that was hard! granted this list is subject to change at any time....but my top five would remain the same! Next... jo |

Errrr how can you say no Meat Loaf albums, then include Bat Out Of Hell at number one and CHSIB at number 5 in your list?
For me todays list would be (limited to one cd per artist as well to make it even harder) : 1) Bad For Good - Jimmy boy 2) Original Sin - Pandoras Box 3) Born To Run - Bruce Springsteen 4) Exile On Main Street - Rolling Stones 5) Call Off the Search - Katie Melua 6) Time - Kati Mac 7) Mizz Understood - Pink On A Storytellers Night - Magnum 9) The Joshua Tree - U2 10) Quid Pro Quo - Kasim |

I'd take my Meat albums.
Let's face it, if we're all getting on a space ship to escape an exploding Earth, no one is going to be too bothered to check I have no contraband Meat albums It would be funny though, "Hey, your not allowed to bring Hit's Out Of Hell on this ship , get off we're leaving you behind" If it came down to it i'd be happy enough to stay behind and witness first hand the end of the world with a cold beer and Bat Out Of Hell blasting out at full volume |
