Default Nostalgia isn't what it used to be.

Carol and I were walking throught town yesterday when we walked past a new bar that's about to open.
A 90's theme bar
Can someone please tell me how the hell i'm suposed to feel nostalgic about a decade we were still in 5 years ago

I'm starting to miss Tuesday two weeks ago.Think i'll go and open a pub dedicated to it

What was special about the 90s apart from Meat releasing AFL?

I shan't post it directly because of language, but this is a cool Sinfest strip that's relative:

Also, the 90's was cool. Full of fantastic britpop. Like Oasis and Right Said Fred and dance music and 'acid' . . .[/sarcasm]

Seriously, these I consider my formative years.
Pulp, Suede and Blur were all fantastic bands, plus of course the good (yet highly overrated) band Nirvana.

Meat forms no part of my 90's nostalgia. That's for 77.

Weren't the nineties great!!

Seems like only yesterday we was all going to school listening to New Kids on The Block and MC Hammer!!!!!

Before we had watched Scream...

Before we had considered life to be like a box of choccies while shouting Run Forest Run!!!!!

Before The Titanic sank...

Before we realised Bruce Willis was a ghost

Before anyone had considered getting intimate with an Apple Pie....

and, dare i say it....Before we knew the rules of Fight Club!!!!!

The 90's was full of care free times for me, when i didn't know so much as i do today and going to bed at 8 was considered late and everything seemed soo soo much bigger than it does today.....

oh dear, nineties

ya that was five years ago wasn't it

perhaps you'll hear some early 90's meat tune's
there's an 80s bar over hear in Saint John, but I doubt it plays any good music, judging by the sign that says something like, "Dance The Night Away"
Perhaps we'll hear Steinman's DANCE IN MY PANTS inside?
