music crisis
Lately I have found that i can't listen to music but I seems quiet without it. I can't even listen to meats music. i just want to know, and I know it sounds really really stupid, did you ever go through this?
Like music seems empty, everything you do just seems empty but you push yourself to do things? make yourself do fun things even though deep deep down you don't want to but you know its for your own good? A little while ago I could listen to meats music and everything just went, I jumped, i sang, heck i wanted to take the music everwhere with me cos it was like a fun boost for me, and now it just ain't the same. did anyone go through a patch like this? I just want the fun in music back with me again. love eddie. |

I've never gotten that way with 'music' per say but I do get that way with the radio eddie -it just starts to sound like *NOISE* with all the pop and commercial barrage! I HAVE to listen to cds and tapes.....I can't remember when I actually left the radio on......no wonder I haven't a clue about anything happening in the news eh?

I know this may not be what you want to hear, but I went through this period and this is what I did. If you listen to a lot of the same stuff over and over, you get accustomed to it. Of course, the charm is still there, but you don't feel it. I suggest checking out some new music, something you haven't heard about, something that fits in with your current mental state. If you want me to suggest some artists I'd be glad.
So, to reitterate: Check out some new music. Don't worry, it's not blasphemy or idolitry. |

There are weeks I don't listen to any of Meat's music, and then suddenly I feel like playing it again... and when I do, it's delicious. It's sort of like apple pie: it's jummy, but when you eat if every day, it gets rather boring. |

These albums helped me fall in love with music all over again and it's the least I can do to try and pass on the magic held in these records. |
