Default elvis question

elvis presley, a show is on about him right now,
and they showed him singing somethat that had the words like "time goes by slowly!" and he was right operatic, a real strong voice! i was wondering if anyone knew what it was called?

more info on the video, it was a coloured video, looked live, he seemed bigger, and like meat, he had a lot of sweat poor down his face when he was giving it his all he was even playing the piano. you didn't see piano much, the camera was on his face the most part.
i hope someone can help or lead me to a forum, or chatroom that can help my problem, thanks

Unchained Melody performed by Elvis at a recorded for TV concert a few months before his death

It is available on the Elvis - The Great Perofrmances Volume 1 video. Probably on DVD as well though I only have the video

Best. Voice. Ever.

That performance is fantastic. Anyone with taste should have that in their collection somewhere.

You have witnessed the most brilliant and heart-wrenching performances in all of Rock and Roll history. This is the one of the last performances from the one and only true KING of rock and roll, Elivs. The song is the classic Unchained Melody, which is best known as a Rightous Brothers hit. The song has also been featured in the American movie Ghost. This song was recently covered by Meat Loaf's co-headliner for a few of the early dates of the CHSIBLWT, Cyndi Lauper on her newest CD.

Hope that helps!

I'm still at the beginning stages of the King, but I definetly agree with you so far.

If I remember correctly, even Meat is influenced by the king.

Everyone is influenced by Elvis. Because Elvis influenced a young lad called John from Liverpool.

Not sure about that young lad from Liverpool, but I do know had it not been for Elvis ... music would be nothing today!!!

May we never forget the real roots of Rock ~ n ~ Roll!!!
