I saw on a highlight real on the awards tonight Meat presenting an award, can someone please tell me what year this was and who won the award and what the category was?

was it the show where jonathon ross was presenting and meat loaf gave michael barrymore an award. Maybe i'm thinking of a different show - this was about '93-95 i think .
