I think he may get some sentence for supplying alcohol or something but for some strange reason i dont think he will go down for child molestation (SP?)

But who knows...anything could happen

Personally I reckon he will be guilty of at least one charge but I think that in his own little world he probably doesn't know/realise/think he ahs done anything wrong.

Given his fame at such an early age i don't think he has ever actually lived in the "real world" and has no concept of a lot of things!!

He should have been convicted, I'm sorry but he was good when he was younger but as he got older he became a freak and I think there is something wrong that that they let him go scott free yet again, how many times does he have to do it before people realize he is a pervert.

Personally, I think he did it but he didn't mean to - if that makes sense!! I mean, I think he physically did what was said he did, but I don't think he realised that that was an inappropriate thing to do to children - I think he genuinely thought that that was an acceptable way to convey love.

Ive seen as much of the evidence as I can and I think he should have gone down, but then again I think anyone thats ever abused a child in that way needs skinning and dipping in salt. A few of my friends think the courtroom was paid off, yada yada yada and for a moment I was prepared to believe them, but would it come to anyones surprise if thats what had happened? If he is indeed a child molester, the american justice system has just given him permission to do it again and again, as you cant try a person for the same crime twice.

I just feel really sorry for his poor kids, the press are gonna make their lives hell with all the crap their dad went through...I mean its not exactly common practice to wrap your children up in scarves and stuff is it?

I think we all need to put a little faith in the justice system (if we can't do that then what the hell can we trust?). The defence proved that 'beyond reasonable doubt', Michael Jackson is an innocent man. It seems to me that a lot of people came into this whole situation with a very biased opinion, already. People assumed that he had done it when most of them have not looked closely at the evidence, epecially the character of Mrs. Arvizo and her past forays into freud.
I personally think Michael Jackson is easy pickings for a case like this and it's a real shame.

As for being tried for the same crime twice, it has to be the exact same crime: i.e. Michael Jackson could not be tried on these exact charges again (Molesting Gavin Arvizo and the other charges linked to this). Please get the facts straight.

My honest opinion on this is that if the jury has found Michael Jackson to be not guilty of the charges then this decision, based on the evidence they were presented with should be respected.

The problem I have with all of this, even without any molestation charges is the fact that not only Michael Jackson but the parents of young boys believe that it is ok for a 40+ year old man and teenage children to share a bed....I know if they were my children regardless of who the adult was, and how famous they were I would not be comfortable putting my children in this situation.

I too feel very sorry for MJ's children, and I also feel very sorry for him as well...he obviously has never had the chance to live a 'normal' life, and has missed out on a lot...including gaining common sense.

How much more evidence do you need, they found tons of kid porn in his home, c'mon. I'll admit the first time back in the '90's i thought perhaps it was a bogus charge just people trying to get money but for it to happen two other times and then they find the porn, he's just a sick pervert wheather he has a grip on reality or not, he should have been found guilty but instead they have pretty much said it was fine what he did and that he can keep doing it.

I guess they found "porn"... not "kid porn", so that does make him perverted... but i'm not too sure if I believe in what those guys claimed he did.
First time I heard Meat was in 94/95.... I'd heard MJ before that, and he was my favorite when I was a kid, and think all his music STILL is awesome, ofcouse putting aside the "Invincible" album.
