Default Money, money, money

Tonights EuroMillions jackpot is an estimated £85 million.

Now, just suppose you won the jackpot. What would you do with it?

Assume you ahev done the basics like provide a couple of quid for family and paid off the debts and stuff.

Personally I would ensure that the Bat 3 tour was well attended by all my mates off here and i would splash out on this house Clickety Click which has just come up for sale in the next village to me. I can just picture that place as an open house for anyone from MLUKFC to visit and stop at!!

I'd be stupidly sensible with it I think!

I'd buy a house, a decent car though nothing too flash - the most I'd spend would be £28,000 on a Honda S2000 but even that's an extreme, I'd see my friends and family right, and then I'd probably bank it.

If I'd won 85 million then saving for the Bat III tour wouldn't be an issue and I'd make sure we were all together right at the front at as many shows as was humanly possible.

I'd also donate an amount to Cancer Research, and another amount to Monkey World in Dorset which is a park full of chimps that have been rescued from around the world, they'd definately get some.

Virgin Galactic sounds promising, although with that much money i could probably start researching my own private space ship.

I think I'd also look into starting up a team in the British Touring Car Championship, it'd be sponsored by Team Dynamics and Matt Neal would drive for me.............though I would want the car to be pink....

Ohh yes, we could organise lots of album signings so we could all say hi to Meat without having to pay out the majority of our winnings on a Meet and Greet.

If I would win the euromillions I would frikkin buy Patti!

If I'd won 100 million!!!:
Seriously though I would probably arrange a private Meat Loaf concert for all you MLUKFC people on this site
Probably a special beginning of Bat 3 UK tour concert or so (and possibly a closing one also)? Just for us all. Someplace really nice, like the Albert Hall or so.
Each of you's would get £500 spending money to get there and stay the night in London for a cool After show party.
The preshow would contain Meat Loaf tribute acts, performing the entire Meat Loaf catalogue (songs which would not be in Meat's set).

All in all a wonderful Meaty day out!
I think after spending a couple of million on that there should be plenty left for me and my family to have a wonderful life.

Having said all that money can't buy happiness and my health is wayyy more important I think.

Would be cool though.

You have Euromillions in Germany don't you?

Not sure what you call it over there but Gewrmany is definitely a member!

Just shows you the chances hey to win this ****er. Sales are up by 300% and still no-one has the jackpot numbers. Chances are like 1 in 100 million or so.

I never play the lottery or anything like it, I put a ticket on once, years ago, and won £10 with some numbers I dreamt, so figured that I used all my luck on that ticket lol

May have to enter this one!! Though if anyone here wins are they gonna tell?! Because we will expect everything they said they'd do with it.....!

Be sure I would!! And I would need to hire you lot! Because it is the real fans that would go as far as needed to have that promotion up and running!!

What a great idea, Musicman! Guess we should turn it into a Meat Loaf weekend, and have several tribute acts, selected by The Man himself to cover every song, we all want to hear! Which is simply impossible for Meat himself to perform in such a short amount of time....

dreaming..........still dreaming......

Well well if I won the lottery....i would firstly buy myself all that I need to cover the Queen and PR tour over in America!

Then I'd hire some builders/interior designers to sort our house out.
I'd buy a villa in France and Switzerland.

Then after that I'd sort out a charity concert with Meat Loaf, Queen....and....erm....i don't know who else.....and raise money for 46664, before donating a million myself.

Then obviously by this time Bat3 would have come out and I'll make sure it gets to no. 1, and then when the tours comes around, we'll have our own tour bus (we'll need several I think), we'll stay in all the hotels the band does, we'll have front row/vip seats all the time, and I'll most probably hire the best film crew ever and film a dvd of it! ^_^!

(and I'd do the same for Queen )
