Roadstar (Hurricane Party) Album

Anyone who enjoyed seeing Roadstar, (Hurricane Party as was), open for Meat during the UK leg of the Hair Of The Dog tour might like to keep an eye out for their debut album "Grand Hotel". According to Classic Rock magazine it will be released on the 29th May through Magic Hat Records.

Nice find Diane, certainly one to look out for if the live shows and the 4 track CD they were selling there are anything to go by

Think so too Andy. I was very impressed with their live performance and have played the 4 track CD a lot. Good to know they have an album coming out at last.

I really liked them, we went to see The Darkness in March and their support was terrible to the point that people left until they'd finished, Hurricane Party (at the time! ) were amazing, their set was a show in itself!!

I think that Hurricane Party (as was) are the "new band" best support act I've seen with Meat over the last 20+ years. Some have been truly terrible (thinking of Terraplane way back in 1984)

Obviously Kasim and Patti don't really count in my discussion of best supporting act
