***Bare in mind that Deathmatch got a.......special sense of humour, if you´re easily offended, better do not watch this clip!***

These kind of programs have contributed to the fact that MTV is no longer really about music IMO. What a waste of space.

MTV is nowadays a COMPLETE waste of space, atcually I used to watch CDM few years back, but now the whole programme is just TRASH, it´s so sad that there isnt a REAL music channel anymore
I wonder why artists still produce music video if they´re shown nearly nowhere.

Well there's plenty of music channels in the UK via SKY; B4, FHM, KERANG being some of my favourites. MTV is about the only one I never watch.
Problem is the market gets to spread out (very specific music for each channel) and I personally think that is reflected in music sales (ie much less needed now to get a number 1 hit single) and thus less money is spent on good videos. Quite like the Black Parade one from Chemical Romance, but other than that they are shit these days IMO. But it's probably me just getting older and more grumpy.

we´ve got 4 music channels here, MTV is crap, the last good one VIVA was bought last year by MTV and airs the same crappy shows now, VIVA2 was always crappy. Cant say anything about MTV2 as I dont receive it, you see HERE it´s JUST crap.

Meat HAD to die.

It's tradition

The use of the basball play by play rework was inspired

It's been a while since I seen that. I remember when Mtv first showed it. I still love Celeb Death Match cause it is funny to see like Kiss vs Nsync or Tommy Lee vs Ron Jeremy. Besides it is all done in good fun and sometimes we need a good laugh. Besides I would love to see Paris Hilton vs Nikki Richie.

Well, as these go...this wasn't so bad...actually it was definitely one of the better ones I've seen...

And bringing Paradise references in was definitely inspired...
