In the UK there is a TV programme at the moment following the progress of thousands of hopeful wannabee popstars aged 18 - 25, of which 5 will eventually selected to a form a new pop band.

Of the final 33 who have made it to the London auditions is a young lad called David Wilson, in "What's on TV" mag he is quoted as saying " People are quite prejudiced when it comes to teen bands ... they think they can't sing. But in the auditions so far, the people who have got through have had the best voices. The sort of singers I look up to are Robbie Williams and MEAT LOAF."

Anyone like to comment on teen bands ability to sing .... or singers to look up to? ermmm I can see an obvious Boyzone/No matter what connection here! LOL

The Boyzone/Meat Loaf No Matter What quarrel. My oh my...you know this is one of my favorite debates. I like it so much that I have built a very special page to celebrate the squabble that literally shook mainstream radio!

I still think that there is so big a difference between Boyzone and Meat Loaf's version that they are literally two different songs, with the same lyric.

Just my opinion, however.
