Special Girl Help
A friend of mine was asking about Meat Loafs live material and had a question about the song Special Girl. Does anybody know where or if there is a live recording of the song weither its video or audio (prefer audio), Thanks..... My Buddy Steve Asked Me about this.

Not live but it'as taken from Meat's 1986 album, Blind Before I Stop.
I think the first one is the UK edition and the second is the US edition and this is the one I recently won off ebay, I love this photo . |

Holy shit that is a rare live recording but I was even more surprised to hear Execution Day Live! Thanks WarioLoaf! . Meat's voice was soooo good back then.
Also the more I hear from the lost boys tour the more I wish I'd be able to go back in time and see some of these shows. BFG sounds fab! I'd love it if Meat would release some live recordings from the 1988 era. Last edited by AndrewG; 07 Jan 2007 at 04:10. |

I saw every show on the BBIS tour and as far as i remember he only did this song once live, maybe twice, and it was at the NEC, but this was 20 years ago.......

He did the song live in newcastle (i think?) and germany on this tour? he also did burning down which was a great live version, a lot more 'heavy rock' than the album version.
