Meat is opening the Bat 1 part of his show dressing and looking like he did for Bat 1.

Panned means the press are stating his vocals were very poor.

Thanks for explaining.

Yes, there were some poor reviews, but I saw good ones as well.

Yeah the initial reaction at our end was "Meat looks like a bad tribute to himself" - not the best I've seen the big guy looking!

Do you think it was done this way on purpose? Kinda...tongue in cheek poking fun at himself?

Oh absolutely, there's no way he would have put that wig on seriously, but I'm not sure if it was meant to look quite that scary! It's almost reminiscent of the Anything For Love video!

It looks more dopey to me than scary...and I mean American "dopey" as in silly...

Bald spot? Meat has a full on slap head now heh, nice combover though. Not half as good/bad as Jimmys thought.

And I don't think its a joke at all. It's meat through the ages so he's playing the roll of himself 30 years ago!

Yeah but he's doing it in a tongue-in-cheek way - he's not sat down with a stylist to make himself look exactly how he did then or anything, he's just thrown the wig on to represent himself then

Well i'm sure he has enough money to do a proper job if it wasnt meant to be tongue in cheek, but it looks kinda weid though

Will have tocomment more on it once i've seen it in person (assuming he is still doing it by the time wembley rolls around)

I wonder if it's a tongue in cheek "up yours" at the critics who have a problem with Meat singing Paradise with Aston?
