That's the latest, from Meat anyway. This weekend, I went to go see JCS with Ted Neeley (the original Jesus from the film, and also former NLE member). When I got him to sign my DEAD RINGER CD insert, he said Meat came to see the tour a few days ago during a layoff in concerts. Apparently, there's new product, because Meat said he and Jim were going into the studio with new material.

What it means, I don't know, but that's the latest.

well if their is a real final bat, i hope there ISN'T a tour. Mabey a few gigs to promote it, but meat's health comes first. I'd rather a few gigs a year than no gigs at all. But i hope this isn't a VERY LOW lie

Why should Ted Neeley know more than we do? I hardly doubt that he'd be involved in any upcoming Meat and Jim process.

Both Meat and Jim talked about this project in the past, maybe he just read the same sources as we did?

I truly hope tho that it is true, I'd love to hear Meat doing some of the new Jim stuff

Well considering the source of this latest bit of "news" is notoriously unreliable (and I don't mean Kev here!) I won't be holding my breath just yet, really all it is a rehash of some of the stories that were circulating a year ago when they were recording Bat III.

he's even claimed his friend slit her wrists to garner attention and claimed he was raising $6Million to stage Tanz properly in the US

Oh and the dude claiming to be Jim Steinman on myspace is him as well I believe

If it happens it will be awesome.......... However..... I just hope to God it isn't Bat4........ Instead I just want it to be a bloody rocking album to celebrate their last collabration(sp?) together!

Well, he did first mention Bat III when promoting CHSIB on Richard and Judy!

If it is true, I too hope it isn't going to be Bat 4. Things go better in threes, it would be like making Jurassic Park 4

actually spielberg IS working on Jurassic Park 3 for quite a while. It's due to be in cinema summer 2008

The dinosaus escape from the island, but are dying on the continent, because of the same disease they suffered rom 65 million years ago, and that's manacing the humans now, too.

That's one of the reason I think it will be gay if Jim and Meat do a "Bat 3" because the Desmond Child one is a real Bat album.

Meat is ill right now with a lot of tour dates still to do.

I wouldn't hold my breath for it being this year or even next year.

If Jim Steinman started doing things quickly i'd be worried
