My Windows Media Player has no problems playing the videos on the German album
However it will not play the video on the UK single. It just freezes the program. If it is because I don't have the latest version of Windows Media Player then why can it play the videos on the German album with no problem? In any case I am not taking the risk of installing new software just to play a video - fortunately the video on the UK single plays fine in "Real Player Basic" |

This is the error i get
Windows Media Player cannot find the specified file. Be sure the path is typed correctly. If it is, the file does not exist at the specified location, or the computer where the file is stored is offline. And thats by browsing to find the file. Anybody got any idea. My Friends also having problems with his single. I've tried both CD Trays and got the same results. Nothing will accept this video file as it apparantly doesnt exist but it does! |

I've had no luck playing it either.
RealOne player says that there are the three music tracks and that track 4 is a data track but it won't play it. Media player won't even acknowledge its there. Help... anyone? |

I´ve got the same problem, and I have all new players.
At my neighbour the video doesnt work too.It seems to be a problem to a lot of people here in Germany. Maybe some CD´s are not right and must be change in the shops. |

Apparantly its supposed to be the copy protection but i dont think thats it. If you browse the CD You can see MEATLOAF.MPG but nothing will recoginise or open that MPG file.

Don't have any problem with the German disk, but about the English, don't know.
Looks like a problem with the player or video thingie!! Mostly when Windows Media Player has a problem, it will try to go on the internet and download a driver or stuff. I suggest to download the newest version, that mostly fix the problem. (maybe DVD players, for on you PC can do the trick??) |

Hi guys! Still in the midst of making my little E-card but i keep popping in here sometimes. I'm sure this will sound like a stupid response, but there MAY be a chance the actual file has no data to it; although it's "There", its not actually THERE possibly, follow what i mean? The way to tell this for sure is, go into the Explorer to view what's on the CD (like in the folder, of the CD where the data is, sorry im not explaining this well), highlight the file that's supposed to be the Video (i mean click on it once but dont double click it or it'll attempt to launch and you'll get the errors again possibly), then look to see what the actual file size is, if its actually registering 0kb, that could very well be the problem and it was something in the manufacturing/duplicating end of things. OR i could very well be rambling like a twit, having been at this computer off and on all day, so i might not know what i'm talking about, but i figured it didnt hurt to mention! I mean well!! Besides, im awaiting my copies of the CD single and hope the problem is figured out before they arrive (i like that video!!)! :) ! Take care!!

Tried my dvd player too, comes up with a message along the lines of 'unsupported file type' or something like that.

The video on the German single plays perfectly using the older version of the Windows Media Player (7.1) and Windows ME, but it doesn't work using the newest version of the Windows Media Player (9.0) with Windows XP. So if someone is having a problem using the old version of the media player, unfortunately, I don't think upgrading to the newest version will help. It must something to do with the copyright ...
